1. Who this notice covers
This notice covers people who create a THOBIV workspace and visitors who submit information through a THOBIV form or business landing page. A business that publishes a form is responsible for explaining why it collects each response and how it will use it.
2. Information THOBIV processes
- Account identity supplied by the current secure sign-in provider, including email address and available display name.
- Workspace content such as pages, landing-page details, forms, uploaded files, knowledge documents and AI prompts or results.
- Customer and prospect information entered into forms or CRM, including submission times and uploaded files.
- Service records needed for security, allowances and reliability, such as monthly usage and rate-limit records.
3. Why the information is used
THOBIV uses this information to provide the service, keep each workspace separate, publish pages and forms requested by users, organise form responses, operate CRM, apply plan limits, prevent abuse and improve reliability. THOBIV does not currently sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
4. AI processing
When a user asks THOBIV AI for help, the prompt and relevant content selected for context may be sent securely from the THOBIV backend to the configured Google Gemini service. API credentials are not placed in the website frontend. Do not submit information to AI unless you are authorised to use it.
5. Sharing and public content
Published landing pages and forms are public to anyone with their link. Form responses, private documents, CRM records and workspace pages are restricted to the signed-in workspace owner. Service providers may process limited data only where needed to host, secure, store or operate THOBIV.
6. Retention and deletion
Workspace information is kept while the account is active or while it is reasonably needed to provide and secure the service. Signed-in users can export their structured workspace data and request deletion from Account & privacy. That control removes THOBIV workspace data; it does not delete the separate account held by the sign-in provider.
7. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information. Workspace owners can use the self-service controls. Form respondents should first contact the business that published the form because that business decides why the response is collected.
8. Cookies and device storage
THOBIV currently uses essential sign-in and security technology plus a device-local preference that remembers whether the essential-storage notice was dismissed. THOBIV does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies.
9. Contact and changes
Registered users can manage privacy requests from Account & privacy. THOBIV will publish an official support address before independent public hosting is launched. Material changes to this notice will be dated and presented clearly.
