1. Using THOBIV
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use THOBIV only for lawful business or data-collection purposes. You are responsible for the content you publish and the people you authorise to use your workspace.
2. Forms and customer information
You may only collect information you have a lawful reason to request. Required questions should be limited to what is genuinely necessary. You must give respondents any privacy information, consent wording or regulatory disclosures required for your activity.
3. Prohibited use
- No fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware, credential theft or unlawful surveillance.
- No collection of payment-card details outside an approved payment provider.
- No upload or publication of content you do not have permission to use.
- No attempts to bypass account, AI, response, storage or security limits.
4. AI output
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You must review it before publishing, sending or relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment or other high-impact decisions. THOBIV AI is a business assistant, not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
5. Plans and limits
Plan descriptions show current monthly allowances. Free and early-access features may change as the service develops. Paid billing is not active until THOBIV connects and announces its payment provider; no displayed paid-plan button currently creates a charge.
6. Availability
THOBIV is currently an early-stage service. Reasonable care is taken to protect availability and data, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features that depend on an outside provider may pause when that provider is unavailable or its allowance is exhausted.
7. Suspension and termination
THOBIV may pause access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law. You may export or delete your THOBIV workspace data from Account & privacy. Serious misuse may result in permanent loss of access.
8. Changes
These early-access terms may be updated as independent hosting, billing and support are introduced. Material changes will be dated and communicated before they take effect where required.
